The best Christmas gifts are the ones you’re tempted to keep. Like this adorable Julia-inspired apron and a copy of Mastering the Art of French Cooking (not the one with the actresses on the cover…I hate it when they do that to books that become films). Or The French Chef on DVD. I held onto each DVD from Netflix for at least a week and watched several episodes twice. Tie it together with a wooden spoon or a small whisk in the bow.
I don’t know that I can actually order those two items to my house without personal interest taking hold but maybe one of you can handle the perfect gift for the cook in your life.
